This is a formulary, not a menu. It's the full list of what our clinicians are able to prescribe. Which of these is right for you — if any — is a clinical decision your provider makes with you, based on your history, your labs and what you're treating. Some are adjuncts prescribed alongside something else, and some are appropriate only for a small number of people.

Branded GLP-1 is first-line and paid to the manufacturer directly. Compounded is conditional, only where your clinician decides it fits, and billed by us at what the pharmacy charges.

Compounded testosterone is billed by us at cost. Commercial vials are filled at a pharmacy you pay directly.
Commercial estradiol and progesterone are inexpensive generics you buy directly. Compounded creams are billed by us at cost.

Generic tablets are cheapest at a low-cost pharmacy you pay directly. Injectable options are compounded and set with your clinician.

A price shown as a range spans the lowest to the highest dose — open every dose on any row to see each one. Compounded prices are what the pharmacy charges us, per fill, shipping included. Prices at an outside pharmacy are typical cash prices, set by that pharmacy and not by us.
Where a row says quoted at your visit, we offer the medication and haven't published a price for it yet. You'll see the exact number before anything is prescribed or shipped.
