On more than one treatment?

You're still on a single membership. Two or more conditions are covered by one Comprehensive plan — $99/mo, never two memberships stacked. Only your medication, always at cost, adds per treatment.

Pay monthly or quarterly. If your provider can't approve treatment at your visit, you can cancel for a refund of everything but the first month, which covers the evaluation.

Why we built it this way: how much medication you get is a clinical decision, not a revenue lever. We believe care works best when it's proactive (your provider following you over time, adjusting as your body changes), so that's the model we built around. Pay-per-visit is here if you truly just need a one-off, but it isn't how we'd recommend managing ongoing care, and we'd rather say that plainly than steer you quietly.
