Mica Peak never dispenses medication. Here's exactly who does, in the order we reach for them.
Most prescriptions here start with the FDA-approved brand medication, paid straight to the manufacturer's own pharmacy: NovoCare for Novo Nordisk medications, LillyDirect for Lilly's. Mica never touches that payment or that pharmacy relationship. You pay them, they ship to you, and we make nothing on it.
Compounded medication is conditional: your clinician decides it's the right fit for you, not the default. When it is, it's filled by a licensed compounding pharmacy and billed by us at the pharmacy's own cost, per fill.

Where a generic is the right fit, we point you to a low-cost pharmacy (Cost Plus Drugs, GoodRx-priced counters, or similar) and you pay them directly. We show the typical cash price so you know what to expect; it's never billed through Mica.
